I will provide you with reference for the daily maintenance work after installing cable trays, including inspection, cleaning, protection, recording, and other aspects

1、 Regular inspection and visual inspection

Regular inspections are the key to discovering problems in a timely manner. It is recommended to develop inspection cycles based on the usage environment of cable trays, generally at least once a month, and in harsh environments, it should be shortened to once a week. The inspection covers the following contents:

　　Structural integrity check:

　　1. Bracket and connecting components - Check whether the bridge bracket is loose, deformed, or corroded, whether the connecting components (bolts, nuts, buckles, etc.) are complete, tightened, and whether there are any missing or detached situations. If looseness is found, it should be tightened with a wrench in a timely manner; For severely corroded connectors, they should be replaced with accessories with stronger anti-corrosion performance in a timely manner.

　　2. Bridge body - observe whether the bridge has physical damage such as deformation, indentation, cracks, etc., especially in areas where crossing channels or heavy objects may collide. It is necessary to focus on checking whether there is structural damage caused by external forces.

　　3. Cover plate and partition - check whether the cover plate is tightly closed, firmly fixed, and prevent dust, debris, or small animals from entering; For cable trays with fire prevention and separation requirements, it is necessary to check whether the partitions are intact, without displacement or damage.

　　Surface condition inspection:

　　1. Corrosion condition - Check whether the surface coating of the bridge (such as galvanized layer, spray paint layer, etc.) has peeled off or bulged, and whether there are rust spots on the metal surface. In humid, dusty, or corrosive environments, it is important to focus on checking the degree of corrosion. If the coating is damaged, it should be repaired in a timely manner.

　　2. Accumulation of dirt and foreign objects - Check whether dust, oil stains, and debris (such as paper, plastic, metal shavings, etc.) have accumulated inside and on the surface of the bridge. If there are any, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner to avoid excessive accumulation of dirt affecting heat dissipation or causing fire hazards.

　　2、 Functional performance maintenance

　　Maintenance of heat dissipation performance:

For cable trays used for laying power cables and high-power cables, it is necessary to check for any obstructions (such as boards, fabrics, etc.) around the tray to ensure good ventilation and smooth heat dissipation. In high temperature environments, infrared thermometers can be used regularly to detect the surface temperature of cable trays and cables. If the temperature rises abnormally (exceeding the allowable working temperature of cables), the cause should be investigated (such as cable overload, poor ventilation, etc.) and dealt with in a timely manner.

Fire prevention and protection performance maintenance:

　　1. Fireproof bridge - check whether the fireproof coating is intact, whether there are cracks or peeling phenomena; Whether the fireproof sealing materials (such as fireproof mud and fireproof bags) are complete, without looseness or missing, ensuring that they can effectively block the spread of fire in case of fire.

　　2. Rat and insect prevention - In outdoor areas, basements, and other areas that are susceptible to small animal infestation, check whether rat nets and insect prevention devices are installed at the entrance and gaps of the bridge. If the devices are damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid small animals biting the cables.

　　Cable laying status inspection:

Check whether the cables in the cable tray are arranged neatly, whether there is excessive bending, squeezing, or dragging, and avoid damaging the insulation layer of the cables. Check if the cable markings are clear and complete. If the markings are blurry or detached, they should be promptly repaired to facilitate subsequent maintenance and identification. For cable trays with expansion requirements (such as cross building settlement joints and temperature expansion joints), check whether the expansion joints are flexible and whether there is any jamming phenomenon, to ensure that the cable tray can freely expand and contract with environmental changes, and avoid pulling and pulling the cables.

　　3、 Environmental adaptability maintenance
