Tray type cable trays must establish a standardized maintenance management system for long-term service in harsh environments

Regular inspection: Check whether the bridge structure is deformed or damaged, and whether the connecting components are loose. For bridge frames with anti-corrosion coatings, check for any peeling or damage to the coating and repair it in a timely manner.

Temperature monitoring: Implantable distributed fiber optic sensors can be used to monitor the temperature field distribution inside the bridge in real time and warn of overheated areas.

Corrosion warning: Based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy technology, the risk of coating failure can be predicted 6 months in advance, and predictive maintenance can be implemented.

The installation of tray type cable trays in harsh environments must strictly follow technical specifications:

Bracket configuration: Horizontal spacing ≤ 2m, vertical spacing ≤ 1.5m, load-bearing brackets need to be added at corners

Grounding requirements: The cross resistance of the galvanized bridge should be ≤ 0.1 Ω, and it should be connected to the grounding main line at least 2 points along its entire length

Location relationship: Cable trays should not be laid under corrosive liquid pipelines. If they need to be arranged due to limited conditions, measures should be taken to prevent water isolation

The reliable service of tray type cable trays in harsh environments relies on the full chain management of material selection, installation, monitoring, and maintenance. Scientific selection solves physical fitness, standardized installation and construction of skeletal framework, intelligent monitoring and regular maintenance ensure long-term protection. Only by implementing each link in place can the tray type cable tray ensure its proper cable protection and support function in harsh environments.
