1、 Introduction to Welding Specification Requirements for Bridge Structures

The specification requirements for bridge welding mainly include the following aspects: selection and quality requirements of welding materials, selection and implementation of welding processes, detection and evaluation of welding defects, appearance quality and dimensional accuracy of welding joints, strength and corrosion resistance of welding joints, etc. Corresponding norms and standards need to be developed and implemented based on specific circumstances and requirements.

Suitable welding materials can be selected based on factors such as the material of the bridge, usage environment, and welding requirements. Commonly used technologies include arc welding, gas shielded welding, and laser welding. Meanwhile, it is also necessary to consider the control of welding process parameters and quality inspection.

For the detection and evaluation of welding defects in bridge frames, non-destructive testing techniques such as X-ray testing, ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, etc. can generally be used to detect and evaluate whether there are cracks, pores, and other defects in the welding area.

The requirements for the appearance quality and dimensional accuracy of bridge welding joints may vary depending on the materials, processes, and design requirements used, and need to be analyzed on a case by case basis.

2、 What are the standards for outdoor cable trays

Outdoor cable trays can carry large power and communication lines, and have characteristics such as corrosion resistance, earthquake resistance, and wind resistance. At the same time, it can also adapt to various environments such as rivers, highways, railways, etc., with the advantage of strong flexibility.

The specifications of outdoor cable trays reflect the size of the trays, which is related to the number of cables to be laid, the filling rate specified in the tray standards, and also determines the thickness of the tray panels. The surface of galvanized sheet bridge frames should not have white rust or other dirt, and foreign standards do not provide clear descriptions of specific appearance defects. If there are specific requirements for appearance in the project, they should be clearly stated in the contract.
