There is a lot of demand for cable trays in the current market. When we learn about cable tray manufacturers, we can also take a look at the specific product types? In practical selection, we should look at the basic situation. After knowing the model of the cable tray product, we believe it will be convenient to use.

Everyone knows that the fire prevention requirements for cable tray construction are very high. But few people know where specific fire prevention requirements can be manifested. Next, let's take fire-resistant metal cable trays as an example to understand the fire prevention requirements for cable trays.

Fireproof bridge is sprayed with a layer of fireproof paint on the surface of ordinary bridge to achieve the effect of fire prevention and flame retardancy! In fact, the bridge itself will not catch fire, and only the cables may catch fire. The principle of fire prevention and flame retardancy played by fireproof paint.

At present, the inspection standards for fire-resistant cable trays are mainly based on the standards for fire-resistant cables. The thickness of fireproof paint is required to be greater than 1mm, and the fire resistance must be greater than thirty minutes. This is the standard for the effectiveness of fireproof cable fireproof paint, which is also related to the price. There are cheap and expensive ones, and the expensive ones have better effects. The fireproof material is basically steel, and the outer layer of fireproof cable also has a layer of fireproof material. It is also necessary to ensure good electrical connections between adjacent slot boxes.

Of course, to ensure high fire resistance, in addition to complying with the fire protection requirements of cable trays and purchasing good fireproof paint, it is also necessary to carry out maintenance work after the installation of cable trays, maintenance after the initial construction is completed, and testing during use. Relevant departments should conduct testing on cable trays every once in a while to check their fire resistance performance.
