Cable trays are divided into trough cable trays, tray cable trays, ladder cable trays, grid cable trays, etc., consisting of brackets, support arms, and installation accessories. It can be independently erected or laid on various buildings and pipe gallery supports, reflecting the characteristics of simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible configuration, and easy maintenance. All parts need to be galvanized and installed on the bridge outside the building. If it is near the seaside or in a corrosive area, the material must have physical properties such as anti-corrosion, moisture resistance, good adhesion, and high impact strength.

A trough type cable tray is a trough type component made by bending a whole steel plate. Its conceptual difference from a tray is the height to width ratio. The tray is shallow and wide, while the trough type cable tray has a certain depth and enclosure. The trough type fiberglass cable tray is a fully enclosed cable tray, which is most suitable for laying computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables, and control cables of other high-sensitivity systems. It has good effects on shielding interference of control cables and protecting cables in heavily corrosive environments. And the material of trough cable tray includes three types: stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and steel.

The protective cover of the trough type fiberglass bridge is supplied with the trough body, and other accessories are compatible with the stepped and tray type bridge. Surface treatment can be divided into galvanizing, fireproofing, electrostatic spraying, hot-dip galvanizing, etc., and special anti-corrosion treatment can be carried out in heavily corrosive environments. Tray type cable tray is the most widely used type in petroleum, chemical, light industry, television, telecommunications and other fields. It has the advantages of light weight, large load capacity, beautiful appearance, simple structure, and easy installation. It is suitable for both the installation of power cables and the laying of control cables. Cascade cable tray has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, low cost, beautiful appearance, easy installation, and good breathability. It is suitable for laying cables with larger diameters, especially for laying high and low voltage cables with large loads.

Grid cable tray is suitable for power and communication cable wiring and is an extension of traditional cable trays. Improved system upgrade and maintenance capabilities, leaving room for upgrades, and can be flexibly applied in the comprehensive cabling system, suitable for the up and down routing of cabling trays. The maintenance of lines and equipment is very fast and safe. The grid bridge saves the expensive cost of secondary repeated investment. The self weight is only 1/5 of traditional cable trays, saving 2/3 of installation time. The wiring system and surrounding production environment are cleaner, more hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing. The mesh like structure improves its heat dissipation and effectively extends the service life of the cable.
