Fireproof cable tray is the most important local fire board, fireproof board with siliceous material and calcareous materials as the main raw material, and fiber material, lightweight aggregate, adhesives and chemical additives mixed by a certain percentage, the first made of autoclaved technology. After machining, the profile has the same average shape, no winding, buckling, crack and edge.

The steel skeleton is mainly made of high quality cold rolled plate, which is made by mechanical processing. It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity and long service life. The steel skeleton has regular section, no burrs and sharp corners, and the grooves are smooth and smooth without sharp bumps. The inner layer is provided with a fireproof board or a fireproof coating, and the fireproof board is ensured to be reliable with the bridge frame.

Manufacture of galvanized steel electroplating method has good processing performance. But the coating is thin, corrosion resistance than hot dip galvanizing plate. Cold galvanizing is galvanized, galvanized galvanized pipe wall rarely, only in the outer (hot dip plating, both inside and outside), as long as 10 50g/m2, the corrosion resistance of hot dip galvanized pipe is better than many of its own.

Fire retardant coating is a kind of high efficiency steel structure maintenance commodity. It selects high molecular synthetic resin as film forming material, and is made of flame retardant, foaming agent, charring agent and high temperature refractory material.

It is in the condition of high temperature, coating foaming contraction effect attack successively, a heat insulation layer carbonization spongy flexible, the bearing steel not because of the high temperature flame effect and rapid softening deformation, not a sharp decline in strength. Surface fire retardant coating spraying request average, bright, no obvious color difference.
