Cable tray is a kind of equipment commonly used in construction, and its construction quality is also related to the overall quality of the building. Here, our cable tray factory reminds you that in the construction of the cable tray, in strict accordance with the construction standards and requirements, to avoid all potential risk factors exist.

Shandong cable bridge has the characteristics of high strength, good insulation, light weight, reasonable structure, long service life, simple construction and flexible wiring. The fire bridge will not burn after the fire, thus blocking the fire spread, and has a very good fire retardant effect. Fire protection bridge, it is made of glass fiber cloth, flame retardant resin, curing agent and other anti-corrosion flame retardant material, fire bridge fire performance is much higher than spray bridge, and its surface treatment is fire retardant plastic or fire retardant paint.

Fire bridge application: Fire bridge for 10KV power cables, as well as control cables, lighting wiring and other indoor and outdoor overhead cable trench, tunnel laying.

The range of working temperature limit ordinary wire and cable are 70 DEG and 90 DEG and 100 DEG C, want to put the cable laying on the fire resistant time of ordinary bridge and achieve the fireproof wire cable is difficult to limit the temperature of the refractory tray temperature is not more than ordinary wire and cable.

In the purchase of the fireproof cable tray must check carefully the product information, product test report shows that if the burning time in 30 minutes. The highest temperature of the bridge cavity is higher than 140 degrees, it shows that the product does not belong to the fire tray, it is not because of the cheap and buy, if you buy the final hurt is yourself.

Whether the wire and cable tray, Ji'nan fire can reach a refractory requirements, depending on the bridge in the test when the burning time and the cavity temperature is reached the requirements and the requirements in the burning time of 60 minutes is not the bridge temperature greater than 100 DEG C to be qualified.
