Fireproof trough cable tray is made of galvanized trough bridge after processing surface treatment production fireproof coating layer and a surface touch will have a rough slanting feeling, when the fire will not burn, and can block the further spread of the fire down, play a certain role of fire, and the use of high environmental protection paint makes fire the bridge on the coating has no toxicity, no pollution, fire resistance, water resistance, oil resistance. The performance... Generally used for laying: power cables, communication signals, cables, etc..

The fireproof bridge is sprayed with a fireproof paint on the surface of the ordinary bridge frame, so as to play the role of fire prevention and flame retardance! In fact, the bridge itself does not fire, fire may only be cable, fire retardant fire retardant principle

Hot galvanizing is to produce molten metal and iron matrix reaction and produce alloy layer, so that the substrate and coating two combination. Hot galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion, long service life and so on.

Cold galvanizing is zinc plating, and its corrosion resistance is much different from that of galvanized iron. The price is relatively cheaper.

The difference between galvanized products: hot galvanized surface is not cold galvanized, delicate and bright, but the thickness of zinc coating, hot galvanizing is cold galvanized dozens of times. Corrosion resistance is also tens of times zinc plating.

The flame retardant fireproof bridge is suitable for laying power cables, power cables, lighting wiring, indoor and outdoor aerial cable trench and tunnel laying under 10KV. Flame retardant bridge is divided into internal combustion, flame retardant, and flame retardant type.

The internal resistance of combustion type is in the groove type or tray type cable tray and inner surface coated flame-retardant materials or embedded flame retardant board, commonly used in flame retardant partition, namely when the cable is on fire, because the fire retardant section, the length of delay can limit the fuel ignition cable.
