When the busbar is installed vertically, the vertical distance between the joint and the ground shall not be less than 0.7M. The vertical distance between the joint and the floor should not be less than 0.3M. The distance between the back of the busbar and the wall should not be less than 0.1M.

When the busbar is installed vertically between floors, the single line length of busbar should not be greater than 3.6M. The floor with a single floor over 3.6M should be made for more than two sections, and the intermediate support should be installed between the floors. The connection point of the busbar slot should not be carried out at the floor of the floor, and there should be no sewage and sundries entering the busbar when the busbar slot is installed through the floor.

The feed hole in the busbar slot should be located in the safe and reliable position of the installation and maintenance. The connection box is installed, the height should not be lower than the 0.9M busbar vertical installation, should be installed on the busbar on the spring bracket, then the busbar and spring bracket is fixed on the fixed channel frame, spring nut locking bracket; to install the 4~5 layer after layer by layer from top to bottom, loosen the nuts, the bus weight bearing on the natural groove on the spring bracket.

The transitional busbar busbar connection end and switchboard terminal connection, should connect busbar end connected with transformers, generators and other equipment with larger shock transition hard copper tin, copper series should adopt flexible connection. Copper bar and aluminum conductor connection, the copper aluminum transition row or clamping piece of copper aluminum transition.

In the operation of the busbar slot, it should be uninterrupted to see if there is leakage, water spray and potential tidal source around the whole system. Whether there is a heavy object that poses a threat to the system, as well as the heat source that affects the temperature rise of the busbar system. Check whether there is a foreign body into the busbar slot.

Check whether the parts of the busbar slot system have defects and rust, whether the support spring has the appropriate elastic force, and replace it immediately after the problem is found. The joint temperature rises regularly every year when the busbar slot is run. The temperature rise of the joint should be qualified in accordance with the GB7251 standard not more than 70K (the ambient temperature is 40).
