Cable bridge refers to the cable ladder, cable tray and metal groove. Cable bridges are mainly made of steel, aluminum alloy and glass steel. The surface treatment of steel bridge is divided into spray paint, spray plastic, electric galvanizing, hot galvanizing, powder electrostatic spraying and other technology.

The installation of the cable bridge is mainly along the roof. Install along the wall horizontally and vertically, install it along the shaft, and install it along the ground. Installation along the cable trench and the pipe support. The support (hanging) frame used for installation can be used for finished products or homemade. The fixed way of the supporting frame mainly includes the welding on the preburied iron parts, the fixing of the expansion bolt and so on.

The minimum allowable cross section of both ends of the connecting plate of non galvanized cable bridge and the minimum cross section of the copper wire or braided copper wire should be less than 4mm2. The ends of the connecting plates between the galvanized cable bridge can not be connected to the ground. However, there should be no less than 2 connection bolts with loose loosening nuts or loosening washers for each connecting plate. When the cable bridge is allowed to form the grounding trunk circuit, the cable tray and its support, hanger and connecting plate should be able to withstand the ground fault current and meet the requirements of thermal effect.

A (F) type of composite epoxy resin anticorrosion and flame retardant cable bridge should be used in strong corrosive environment. The bracket will choose the same material, improve the service life of the bridge and annex, cable tray. A cover board should be added to the easy to ash and other covered environments or outdoor places.
