The support for cable bridge installation is accomplished through columns and brackets. The column is the main component supporting the cable bridge, and the load of the bridge is passed to the column through the bracket. Therefore, the column and bracket are the main components of the cable tray installation. The abbreviation for the cable bridge device of aluminum alloy is the general device for supporting the cable to have a continuous rigid structure, which is made up of aluminum alloy material making tray or the direct pass accessories of the ladder and the support and hanger.

In addition, all parts must be inspected before use. Only qualified indicators can be turned on. Secondly, in the process of machine operation, the machine temperature and operation regulations should be strictly controlled. If there is an unstable situation, the machine should be stopped to check immediately.

When the machine is running, it should lubricate and clean the machine regularly, so as to ensure the neatness and light running of the machine at all times. Finally, parts of machine aging should be replaced in time, and when they are not used, they should be kept well.

The trapezoidal cable bridge directly supports the components of the cable, which is composed of two longitudinal parts with several lateral rungs. The abbreviation of the direct bearing cable with a slot - shaped cable bridge is made up of the bottom and side side of the hole or by the whole aluminum alloy plate which is punched through the hole to make a trough - shaped part with a hole at the bottom. The components of the non hole cable tray directly support the cable, which is made up of the bottom plate and the side edges, or the trough shaped parts bent by the whole aluminum alloy plate.
