1. When the cable bridge is laid in the skilled layer and the ceiling of the corridor, the spacing between the bridge and the water supply pipeline and the air duct can not meet the requirements of the specifications, and it is not convenient to open the cover plate of the bridge when the maintenance is required. In the process of installation, it is very difficult to control the equipment unless the relevant professional cooperation and technical data of related professional pipelines are done well in advance. As for this work, can we draw a sketch map in advance, summarize the technical data of the pipeline and the orientation of the bridge and cross-sectional maps of the dimensions between each other, rationally adjust the intervals between the various professional pipelines to prevent the occurrence of common diseases?

The filling rate of the 2. cable inside the bridge exceeds the standard value. In construction drawings, the most common as long as the layout plan, even if there is a section map is not very perfect, its planning content includes:

1. The layout plan of the bridge system.

2 the relevant section of the bridge system.

3. Name list and necessary clarification of tray, straight bending of ladder, specification and quantity of support and hanger for bridge system.

4 there are special requirements for non-standard skills clarification or auspicious drawings. Due to imperfect planning and other reasons, there are too many or even full-loaded cables in some parts. The filling rate of the cables should not exceed the stipulated value of relevant specifications. 40% of the power cables and 50% of the control cables are required. In this regard, supervisors should do a good job of pre-control measures, strict requirements for construction units before the purchase of the bridge frame, skilled in the use of electrical engineering system, the number of cables in each bridge frame and cable cross-section to do a good job of accurate calculation, found problems should be timely in conjunction with planning to change the specification of the bridge, useful control The outbreak of quality problems.

3. The cables laid in the cable tray are not fixed and the cables are not signed.

When the bridge is laid straight, the metal cover should be maintained below 1.8 m from the ground, except when it is laid in an electric room.

The interlayer spacing of cable bridge is generally in the form of multilayer.

(1) the upper part of the bridge should not be less than 0.3m from the roof or other obstacles.

The power cable bridge should not be less than 0.3m.

3. The control cable bridge should not be less than 0.2m.

(4) the bridge between weak electric cable and power cable should not be less than 0.5m, if the shielding cover can be reduced to 0.3m.

Cable Bridge Installation: For special shape bridge, the scale of field measurement is delivered to the data supplier, which manufactures according to the scale and cuts down on site processing. The material, type, thickness and accessories of the bridge meet the planning requirements.
