Key of cable tray construction device

1. cable bridge and trench laying should be short and quick, and should be laid along the wall, along the column or along the beam.

2. According to the laying direction of cable bridge and cable groove, the orientation and load of embedded steel plate for reserving wall holes, floor holes and suspension frames are put forward to civil engineering and structural specialty. And should be coordinated with craft, plumbing and power.

3. Metal groove wiring on the ground should be closely coordinated with civil engineering specialty in order to rationally determine the route and equipment selection according to different structural types and construction layout.

4. cables with different voltages and uses are not suitable for laying in the same cable bridge.

Cables above 5.1kV and 1kV and below;

6. double circuit cable supplied to the first level load in the same way;

7. emergency lighting and other lighting cables.

8. power, control and telecommunication cables. If different grades of cables are laid on the same cable tray, the center should be partitions.

9. When the additional concentrated load is not needed in the installation or maintenance under the engineering condition, the uniform distribution load of cable ladder and tray is calculated according to the uniform distribution of cable deadweight.

10. The cable bridge should not be laid in parallel with the following pipes. If it is impossible to prevent, the orientation of the cable bridge should comply with the following provisions or take appropriate protective measures.

11. the cable tray should be above the corrosive liquid pipe.

12. the cable tray should be under the thermal pipe.

13. when the inflammable and explosive gas is heavier than air, the cable tray should be above the pipe.

14. when the flammable and explosive gas is lighter than air, the cable tray should be under the pipe.
