Corrosion Prevention and Maintenance of Cable Bridge Frame

Bridge frame is a new type of cable bridge. Its application has brought great help to people's life. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good heat insulation, good lighting, ineffective treatment of indoor light deficiency, energy saving, consumption reduction, environmental protection and so on.

Processing disposal of cable bridge before spraying plastic.

1、酸洗，脫脂，磷化，水洗，烘干;

1. pickling, degreasing, phosphating, washing and drying;

The function of pickling: After soaking in hydrochloric acid, the rust inside and outside the steel of cable bridge is removed completely. Advantages: complete rust removal; defects: the used hydrochloric acid solution is not easy to dispose of, environmental protection departments are gradually demanding that acid pickling be banned, and there is hydrogen embrittlement at the weld.

2、噴砂，磷化，水洗，烘干;

2. Sandblasting, phosphating, washing and drying;

The function of phosphating is to form a layer of phosphating film on the steel surface of cable bridge, which has two functions: one is to improve the bonding force between plastic spraying layer and steel of cable bridge, the other is to have anti-rust effect.

3. Sandblasting and manual wiping.

Sandblasting effect: After high-speed and high-pressure small iron beads to remove the rust on the steel surface, and at the same time in the steel surface to form some small pits invisible to the naked eye, the existence of these pits can help improve the adhesion of the spray layer. Defects: It is impossible to remove the rust from the outside of hollow profiles, and the cost is high.

Daily Maintenance of Cable Bridge Frame in Shandong Province

1. Daily maintenance of the bridge: clean soft cloth is often used to wipe clean the surface dust. Do not use wet cloth, hard objects to wipe Shanshan paint appearance and mirror, glass. Do not contact with acid, alkaline chemicals and light substances.

2. Bridge frame's current accommodation: generally can focus on accommodation once a quarter. After the soft cloth wipes off the surface dust, it rubs the surface with the common polishing wax on average, and then rubs the surface with the clean soft cloth after a while, which is moistureproof. Hardware fittings and metal handles can be wiped and dried with less oil to enable them to rotate sensitively and resist rust and oxidation.

3. Bridge frames should be prevented from being placed in low-temperature and humid centers, and bedroom ventilation should be insisted on.

4. prevent contact with corrosive liquids such as alcohol, nail polish and so on.

5. We should use dry soft cloth and public wax.
