Classification Characteristics and Device Requirements of Cable Bridge Frames

Cable bridge can be divided into trough type, tray type and ladder type, grid type and so on. It is composed of bracket, bracket and device accessories. What kind of cable bridge? What should the device pay attention to? The above is to clarify the classification and device requirements of cable bridge.

1. Stepped Cable Bridge

The cascade cable bridge is improved and designed according to the international and foreign related materials. This kind of bridge has low cost, light lifting weight, special shape, good heat dissipation and good ventilation. It is usually used in cables with large diameter, which are suitable for high-voltage power cables or high-voltage power cables.

2. Tray Cable Bridge

The advantages are light weight, large negative weight, beautiful appearance and simple structure, and the device is not too difficult. It is usually used in petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, telecommunications, suitable power cable devices, can also be used for control cables.

3. Trough Cable Bridge

This is a completely blocked cable bridge. It is most suitable for high sensitive and fragmentary control cables, such as computer cables, communication cables, etc. It can effectively shield the disturbance of control cables, heavy corrosion in the environment, and has super good maintenance effect.

4. Long Span Cable Bridge Frame

The utility model has the advantages of long service life, complex device comparison, low cost comparison, easy cutting, no maintenance requirement and special convenience in use. It is assembled by pultruded FRP profiles and can be used in power cables, control cables, lighting cables or other accessories.

5. Composite cable bridge

It is a new type of bridge frame and the second generation of new products in cable bridge frame. It is used in various projects, units, convenient for design in engineering, and convenient for transportation in consumption. It is a very excellent product.

Device requirements

1. The distance between the cable bridge and the equipment to be used should be greater than 0.5 meters.

2. When two groups of cables are parallel at the same height, the spacing should be greater than 0.6 meters.

3. When laying the cable in the groove, the cable outside the groove should be straight.

4. When setting outside the ceiling, the opening side of the groove cover should adhere to the vertical clearance of 80 mm, and the application rate of the line groove section should be less than 50%.
