Key Points for Construction and Installation of Ladder Steel Cable Bridge Frame

Fixed ladder steel Chongqing cable bridge bracket spacing is generally not more than 1.5m-2.0m. Brackets shall be installed within 500 mm for access boxes, boxes, cabinets and turnings.

2. Before the ladder steel cable bridge erection in Chongqing, it should be in harmony with civil engineering, water heating, ventilation and air conditioning specialty, and affirm the problem of interpenetration between ventilation pipe and water pipe. According to the criterion of electric yield water, ladder steel cable bridge is above, water pipe is below, bridge is at a high point, installation is above corrosive liquid pipeline, below thermal pipeline.

3. In view of the common faults in the construction of ladder steel cable bridge frame, the requirements of the whole plant are fully considered, and the quality technicians compile the "Construction Technology and Control Measures of ladder steel cable bridge frame" in time, so as to eliminate the objective factors affecting the technical quality of ladder steel cable bridge frame ahead of time.

4. Ladder steel cable tray and trough laying should be short-cut, and should be laid along walls, columns or beams as far as possible. The device must be firm, horizontal and vertical, without distortion, without burrs on the inner wall of the bridge and complete accessories. The material specifications of columns, brackets and brackets are strictly arranged according to the requirements of design drawings and bridge specifications.

Fifth, in the design of ladder steel cable bridge frame, the drawings provided by the design institute are comparatively simple, and the size and data of the device are incomplete. The professional construction department should actively arrange personnel to separate the site practice, stop the drawings review, make some amendments to the drawings, and optimize the construction plan from two aspects of cost and technology. At the same time, we should fully consider whether the bridge erection device can collide with the pipeline device of the locomotive specialty, and whether the buried parts can be reserved correctly in the construction specialty, so as to prevent the phenomenon of rework in the later stage.
