In order to ensure the construction and future use quality of cable bridge, Shandong cable bridge has strict operation rules in installation and grounding.

(1) Before cable bridge erection, first of all, it should be in harmony with civil engineering, water heating, ventilation and air conditioning specialty, and affirm the problem of interpolation and coordination with ventilation pipe and waterway pipe. According to the criterion of electric transfer water, the electrical pipeline is above and the water pipe is below, the bridge is at the top, followed by the air pipe, the upper and the sewer pipe. When some of them can not meet the requirements, waterproofing measures should be added.

(2) First stop setting-out and positioning, install pillars, suspension brackets, etc., then stop brackets, and fix brackets and suspension brackets with special connectors, so as to ensure that the brackets and suspension brackets are perpendicular to each other and will not be inclined and droop under the action of gravity; then install the main body of the bridge, which should be connected and consolidated by professional connector plates, and fix the bridge body with professional fixing bolts. On the bracket.

(3) Firstly install the cable bridge straight section, bending, tee and other conventional accessories, then measure the bending and non-standard parts of various special shapes on the spot, and provide the shape dimensions to the consumer manufacturer in time, then stop the factory processing by the consumer manufacturer to ensure the quality of the engineering device; the cable bridge device must be firm, horizontal and vertical, without distortion, without burrs on the inner wall, and attachment. Complete pieces.

(4) Connection plate is used to connect the straight line segment of cable bridge frame, which is tightened by gaskets, spring washers and nuts. The joint gap is tightly and smoothly. After the slot cover is installed, it is flat, without warping angle, and the outlet position is accurate.

(5) The construction of cable bridge frame shall be stopped by using special accessories in the center of trunk line, branch line, bend and access box. The accessories shall be of the same material as the bridge frame. When the bottom and cover of the bridge are connected with various accessories, the joints should be connected by holding feet and fastened by screw, which should be tightly flat and fixed, and the fixed points of all kinds of accessories of the bridge should not be less than two points.

(6) The terminal of the bridge shall be blocked by a special terminal head.

(7) Corresponding wiring boxes should be used at the branch joints of the lines.
