Shandong Cable Bridge Frame Manufacturer has sorted out the quality defects and prevention methods of power cable piping, hoping that it will be helpful to you all!

1. Problem: Water accumulation in foundation trench excavation

Hidden danger: After the foundation pit is immersed in water, the foundation soil becomes soft and the bearing capacity decreases, which causes the subsidence of the foundation of the pipeline and canal, and causes the fracture and damage of the structure of the pipeline and canal.

Reason analysis: 1) Natural precipitation or other falling water flows into the foundation trough, causing water accumulation;

2) Groundwater, stagnant water, no drainage and precipitation measures

Preventive measures: 1) In rainy season construction, drainage ditches should be excavated around the foundation trench to prevent water falling into the trench;

2) Drainage ditches should be connected to the original drainage network, and grooving should be constructed in dry season.

3) Drainage ditches, catchment wells and well-point drainage measures should be adopted to dig ditches below the groundwater level or in shallow water-holding areas.

4) Sloping construction according to design requirements

2. Problem: Unorderly drainage and irregular backfilling

Hidden danger: pipe extrusion deformation, reduce service life

Reason analysis: 1) Failure to comply with design and specification of construction;

2) Sundries Backfilling for Backfilling

3) The quality management is not in place and the project acceptance is not meticulous.

Preventive measures: 1) Construction in strict accordance with operation instructions and specifications

2) Install and fix the pipes neatly according to the specifications;

3) Water and debris in the pit should be removed before backfilling. The backfill should be compacted every 300 mm. Finally, the Anti-subsidence layer 300 mm above the ground must be cultivated.
