The application of bridge frame is very extensive now. Now Jinan Cable Bridge Frame Company will give you a detailed explanation of the principles of cable laying in the bridge frame, hoping to be helpful to you all!

1. Vertical laying of bridge cables should generally be laid from top to bottom. Before construction, the cables should be lifted to the top of the floor by crane; before laying, the position should be selected, the cable tray should be erected, the pulley cable should be used in the downward bending part of the cable, and braking and anti-skid measures should be laid from bottom to top at the cable axle, tray and floor. When laying low-rise and small-section cables, pulleys and large ropes can be used for manpower traction. High-rise and large-section cables should be laid by mechanical traction. Laying should be arranged in a chart so as to avoid crossing. Arrangement should be neat and spacing should be uniform. Cables with inclination greater than 45 degrees should be fixed at 2 m intervals. Cables laid vertically in the bridge frame should be laid with one cable. One cable should be fixed, the fixed point of all plastic cable should be fixed once per meter, the fixed point of other cable should be 1.5 m, and the fixed point of control cable should be 1 m.

2. when cables pass through firewalls and fire-resistant floors, they should be laid as horizontal or vertical as possible. First, lay a layer of 60mm foam asbestos felt or mineral wool, put a layer of cable, then put a layer of 60mm foam asbestos felt or mineral wool, then put a layer of cable in order. After the cable is completed, use foam asbestos felt or mineral wool to block up the hole. Some small holes can be blocked by fire-proof plugging materials for cables. The two sides of the wall hole shall be protected by foam asbestos felt or mineral wool, which is not less than 1.5mm thick. For armored oil-immersed paper insulated cables, a layer of glass silk cloth is coated first, then the thickness of fire retardant coatings is 0.5mm~1mm or the thickness of fire retardant coatings is 1~1.5mm directly, as shown in Figure 12.4.4 (3). It can also be blocked with expansive fire-proof materials according to the technical requirements of the products.

3. Horizontal laying of cables in bridge frame: cables should be laid out in laying plans, single-layer laying, neatly arranged and not crossed. The bending radius of large cross-section cables should be taken as the criterion. Cables of different voltage levels should be layed in layers, and high voltage cables should be laid in the upper layers. When the cable with the same voltage is laid along the bridge, the horizontal net distance of the cable shall not be less than 35 mm. The two ends of the first floor, the two sides of the turning point and every 5-10 m should be fixed once.
