In the process of using and installing FRP bridge frame, in some cases, it is necessary to install protective shield. What are the specific conditions? Let's see the relevant instructions of Shandong cable bridge frame.

Installation of the bridge in the following circumstances is required to install protective cover, FRP bridge in outdoor installation, its top or each layer. When a FRP bridge is installed under an iron operator plate or a similar device with holes, the upper deck of the FRP bridge should be protected. If the width of the upper deck is less than that of the lower deck, the lower deck should also be protected.

Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) cable bridge is erected vertically within 2 m from the ground level. Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) bridge frames are installed in places susceptible to mechanical damage of pneumatic ball valves. Fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) bridge frames are installed in dusty places. In places with special requirements, protective covers should also be installed for FRP bridge erection.

In addition, the installation height of the bridge can be adjusted in the range of 2.2-2.8 meters. When choosing 2.2 meters, man-made demolition and destruction should be prevented. When choosing 2.8 meters, attention should be paid to ventilation ducts and other items affecting the visual field of video detectors. The horizontal distance of the mounting bracket from the parking line can be adjusted in the range of 3-4 meters, and the middle position of the lane (width) should be selected when double parking spaces are used.

The grid bridge should pay attention to the daily maintenance, often wipe the dust on the surface of the grid bridge with clean soft cloth, wipe with dry cloth, do not wipe with wet cloth or hard material, do not contact with acidic or alkaline chemicals in normal use, and do not sprinkle oil on the surface of the grid bridge.
