Today, Jinan Cable Bridge Frame's small edition summarizes the basic steps of horizontal installation of grid bridge:

1、網(wǎng)格橋架及其支架和引入或引出的金屬電纜導(dǎo)管建議接地或接零可靠，全長(zhǎng)及其支架應(yīng)不少于2處與接地或接零干線相連接;

1. The grid bridge and its bracket and the metal cable conduit introduced or drawn must be grounded or connected to zero reliably. The full length of the bridge and its bracket should not be less than two places connected to the grounded or zero-connected trunk lines.

2、非鍍鋅網(wǎng)格橋架間連接板的兩端跨接銅芯接地線，接地線允許載面積不小于4mm;

2. The two ends of the connecting plate between the non galvanized grid bridges are connected with copper core grounding wire, and the allowable load area of the grounding wire is not less than 4mm;

3、當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)無要求時(shí)，橋架水平安裝的支架間距為1.5~3m;垂直安裝的支架間距不大于2m。如是從吊頂施工就用膨脹螺絲固定螺紋鋼固定~從墻壁施工要用山角架固定;

3. When the design is not required, the spacing of the brackets installed horizontally is 1.5-3 m, and that of the brackets installed vertically is not more than 2 m. For example, the expansion screw is used to fix the threaded steel from the ceiling construction to the corner bracket from the wall construction.

4、鍍鋅橋架間連接板的兩端不跨接接地線，但連接板兩端不少于2個(gè)有防松動(dòng)螺帽或防松動(dòng)墊圈的連接固定螺栓。

4. The two ends of the connecting plate between galvanized bridges do not cross the ground wire, but there are not less than two connecting bolts with anti-loosening nuts or anti-loosening washers at both ends of the connecting plate.
