How to wiring the cable bridge? The following is the bridge wiring skills summarized by Shandong cable bridge manufacturers. I hope it will be helpful to you all!

1. When the cable bridge is installed horizontally, the optimum span should be selected according to the load curve, and the span is generally 1.5-3 M. When laying vertically, the distance between fixed points should not be more than 2m.

2. When several groups of cable bridges are installed in parallel at the same height, the distance between adjacent cable bridges should be considered for maintenance and repair.

3. When cables are cabled indoors, jute or other flammable materials shall not be used as outer protective layer for cables.

4. When cables are used in corrosive or especially humid places, corresponding protective measures should be taken according to different corrosive media, and plastic sheathed cables should be selected.

5. Cables can be laid on the cable bridge without spacing. The filling rate of the cross section of the cable in the bridge frame should not be greater than 40% for power cables and 50% for control cables.

6. Cable bridge should not be installed above corrosive gas pipeline and thermal pipeline and below corrosive liquid pipeline, otherwise anti-corrosion and heat insulation measures should be taken.

7. The height of cable tray should not be less than 2.50M when it is installed horizontally, and the metal cover should be used to protect the part below 1.80m when it is installed vertically, except when it is laid in the special electrical room (such as distribution room, electric shaft, technical layer, etc.).
