Select cable tray according to cable load and environment cable tray installation, load curve of cable tray, determine cable tray type and specification, column spacing, arm length, cable tray, column length, etc.

In order to balance the stress of vertical spray, the material loading method should be selected to lay the cable bridge when the cable bridge is fixed in the form of suspension and the support arm is installed in one side and multiple layers.

For long-span cable laying, long-span cable tray can be selected.

When the cable tray passes through the area vulnerable to external mechanical damage and the area exposed to sunlight, the protective cover plate shall be selected. When the cable trough or truss ladder needs to switch the branch, it can adopt various bending connection methods.

The support spacing of the selected cable tray shall be less than the allowable support spacing. The width should allow some space for adding cables later.

The anti-corrosion measures for cable tray include: plastic spraying, galvanizing passivation, electro galvanizing (applicable to light anti-corrosion parts), hot-dip galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing (applicable to heavy anti-corrosion parts), galvanized nickel alloy, etc. The thickness of hot-dip galvanized cable tray is increased by more than 0.5mm.
