When we do the work of closed hole polymer cable bridge, the staff shall be operated by qualified professional personnel, laying by hand, command and control the rhythm uniformly, pull and pull at the same time; special cable laying machine and necessary traction tools shall be used to control the traction force, which shall be appropriate and even. First of all, we must plan to make an orderly plan. When we completely close the polymer cable tray, we should first check to ensure that the cables are arranged in order. The good idea is to tie them to work for convenient use. In this process, the cables should not have the surface conditions of twisting, joint, armor flattening, sheath fracture and severe scratch.

Secondly, we need to be clean and make sure the working environment is clean and tidy. Good working environment can improve work efficiency. Before laying, we need to manage the cable and clean up the sewage and sundries in the pipeline.

We can make a clear mark on the cable laying line, which can help us in future maintenance. We should also do a good job in insulation, waterproofing, sealing and other aspects, and check them. The cable laying personnel shall also make relevant records, the application form for inspection of electrical engineering, the record form for batch quality acceptance of laying inspection of wire conduit, cable conduit and trough, and the acceptance form for concealed works.

Polymer cable tray is used for cable laying, pay more attention to personnel protection, do a good job in the early stage, for the follow-up work can save time and cost, achieve the effect of twice the result with half the effort. Polymer cable tray has good oxidation resistance and strong weather resistance. It does not need maintenance in use. The service life of bridge is longer than that of other materials.
