Necessaryconditionsfordensebusductmeasurement:

    一、量具建議盡可能齊全，如磁帶、紙、筆、線錐、遠(yuǎn)紅外測(cè)量?jī)x等；

    1、Measuringtoolsmustbeascompleteaspossible,suchastape,paper,pen,wirecone,far-infraredmeasuringinstrument,etc;

    二、建議提供招標(biāo)文件、合同中有關(guān)技術(shù)條款和技術(shù)協(xié)議的復(fù)印件；

    2、Copiesofbiddingdocuments,relevanttechnicalclausesandtechnicalagreementsinthecontractmustbeprovided;

    三、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量時(shí)，用戶建議安排熟悉現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線方向的人員配合，共同進(jìn)行測(cè)量；

    3、Duringfieldmeasurement,theusermustarrangepersonnelfamiliarwithfieldbusdirectiontocooperateandconductmeasurementtogether;

    母線

    Abusorbusbar

    四、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量建議在保證安全的前提下進(jìn)行。建議戴安全帽的，高空測(cè)量時(shí)建議系好安全帶，并配備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)照明設(shè)備（手電筒或日光燈）。

    4、Onsitemeasurementmustbecarriedoutonthepremiseofensuringsafety.Ifthesafetyhelmetmustbeworn,thesafetybeltmustbefastenedwhenmeasuringatheight,andthesitelightingequipment(flashlightorfluorescentlamp)shallbeequipped.

    密集母線槽在地板上垂直安裝應(yīng)事先預(yù)留孔洞，并測(cè)量位置。兩個(gè)支架用螺栓與母線槽連接。與母管輔助材料配套的螺栓應(yīng)套有彈簧墊圈，以防振，螺母應(yīng)擰緊固定在支架上。密集母線槽固定在單向支架上，壓板水平安裝，配套螺栓螺母墊圈彈簧等逐段向上安裝，保證母線槽垂直角度，用磁力線吊起錘子，更后安裝端子，加蓋板并緊固螺栓。無(wú)論是垂直安裝還是水平安裝，建議保證角度無(wú)誤差，螺栓緊固良好，端蓋板蓋好。    Forverticalinstallationofdensebusductonthefloor,holesshallbereservedinadvanceandthepositionshallbemeasured.Thetwosupportsareconnectedtothebusductwithbolts.Theboltsmatchedwiththeauxiliarymaterialsofthemainpipeshallbesleevedwithspringwasherstopreventvibration,andthenutsshallbetightenedandfixedonthebracket.Densebusductshallbefixedonone-waysupport,pressplateshallbeinstalledhorizontally,matchingbolt,nut,washer,spring,etc.shallbeinstalledupwardonebyonetoensuretheverticalangleofbusduct.Thehammershallbehoistedwithmagneticline,theterminalshallbeinstalledfinally,theplateshallbecoveredandtheboltshallbefastened.Whetheritisverticalinstallationorhorizontalinstallation,itmustbeensuredthatthereisnoerrorintheangle,theboltsarefastenedwell,andtheendcoverplateiscoveredwell.
