The objective inspection of project name is to ensure quality and safety. There are things in your career that need to be examined. What are the items of cable tray?

　　1. Main control items:

　　(1) The introduction or derivation of metal cable tray and its support and metal cable conduit shall be grounded (PE) or connected to zero (pen) strength, and the following rules shall be followed: the metal cable tray and its support shall be connected to the ground (PE) or to zero (pen) branch line at least 2; the two ends of the connecting plate between the non galvanized cable tray shall be connected to the copper core ground wire. The minimum allowable cross-sectional area of ground wire shall not be less than 4mm2. The end of connecting plate between galvanized cable trays is not bonded with the ground wire, but the end of connecting plate is not less than two fastening bolts of lock nut or lock washer.

　　(2) In cable laying, problems such as torsion, flattening of armour, cracking of sheath and strict surface scratch shall be prevented.

　　2. Daily items:

　　(1) The cable tray equipment shall meet the following requirements: the length of steel cable tray in the straight section is more than 30m \ aluminum alloy or glass cable tray is more than 15m with elastic joints; the deformation joints of buildings on the cable tray shall be equipped with compensation devices; the bending radius of the cable tray shall not be less than the minimum allowable bending radius of the cable in the cable tray. The minimum allowable bending radius of cable is shown in table 12.2.1-1. When the plan is not required, the support spacing of horizontal equipment of cable tray is 1.5-3m, and that of vertical equipment is not more than 2m. The bolts between the bridge, the support frame and the bridge connecting plate shall be firm without falling off, and the nuts shall be installed on the outside of the bridge. When the aluminum alloy bridge and the steel bracket are firm, the mutual insulation method is used to prevent the electric corrosion. The cable tray is laid under the flammable and explosive gas pipeline and thermal pipeline. When no plan is required, the minimum clear distance from the pipeline shall be in accordance with table 12.2.1-2. The bridge set in the shaft is different from the shed in the fire area. It needs to be positioned according to the plan, and has methods of fire prevention and fire prevention. When the support and embedded parts are firmly welded, the weld joint shall be full. After tightening the shrinkage bolt, select the bolt joint, tighten the bolt and complete the whole machine.

　　(2) The cable in the bridge shall be laid regularly, and the cable laying shall be correct. The distance between cables laid on the vertical bridge shall not be greater than that specified in table 12.2.2.
