The bridge is not unfamiliar to some people who build it. It plays an important role in our lives. Only a reasonable and orderly organization can better ensure the safety of all. So how does the cable on Jinan cable bridge have layered arrangement? Next let's do a brief analysis for us.

Ji'nan cable tray

1. The layers of Jinan cable bridge should be the top layer of weak current control cable, followed by general control cable, low voltage power cable and high voltage power cable in turn. This arrangement is conducive to shielding interference, power cable cooling and easy construction.

2. the interval between each cable bridge deck is as follows:

Control cable is more than 200mm

Power cable is more than 300mm

The mechanized laying cable is more than 400mm

Matters needing attention:

The maximum load and support interval of 1.XQJ cable bridge equipment should be less than the promised load and supporting span.

2. when selecting the width of the cable tray, there must be a certain reserve space to increase the cable for the future.

3. When there are fewer power cables and control cables, a cable bridge can be used, but the center of the cables and control cables are separated by diaphragms.

4. When laying the cable bridge horizontally, the joints between the bridges should be set at about 1/4 of the span as far as possible. Horizontal cable should be fixed every 2 meters, vertical cable should be fixed every 1.5 meters.

5. cable bridge Chuang-tzu should be firmly grounded. For example, the span of the cable tray will be grounded once every 30-50 meters.

6. In addition to shielding protection cover, cable bridge equipment should be installed on the top of the outdoor equipment to avoid sunshine and rain. If the welding equipment is needed, the thickness of the weld around the welding should not be less than the thickness of the base metal, so it is necessary to treat the weld corrosion.
