The installation of cable bridge is very fastidious and the quality is very important. The following manufacturers of cable bridge summarize some common quality defects which are easy to occur in the installation of cable bridge. I hope you should be careful in the installation.

1. Installation of suspension and bracket is not firm; too large spacing results in too large deflection of cable bridge.

2. The joint of the bridge is uneven, and measures have not been taken according to the regulations and specifications through the deformation joints.

3. Galvanized bridge frame uses connecting plate as cross-grounding wire. There are no loosening measures for connecting bolts. The bridge frame is too long and only one end is connected with PE line.

4. The bridge frame is in the joint position of variable direction and diameter, and does not use special parts, so that the joint treatment is not standardized.

5. When the bridge traverses firewalls and floor slabs, it is not treated as fire-proof plugging.

6. The safe distance between the bridge and other pipelines is less than the standard value, and there is no technical protection measures.

7. The cover of the bridge is incomplete or distorted.

8. Bridge erection is too long to reserve expansion joints and install expansion joints as required.

9. Bridge erection is laid on the top of steam thermal pipeline without protective measures.

10. Bridge frames are seriously polluted and even rusted.

11. When the conductor is selected as the cross-grounding wire at the joint of the bridge, the section of the conductor is improperly selected.

12. The cable arrangement is disorderly and crossed.

13. The fixed bolts between the bridge frame and the friend frame are incomplete.
