1)  Determine the direction: according to the building layout plan, combined with the setting of air-conditioning pipelines and electrical pipelines, to facilitate maintenance, and the density of cable routing to determine the best route of cable tray. Indoor, as far as possible, along the wall, column, beam and floor of the building. If it is necessary to use the comprehensive pipe gallery for erection, it should be erected in parallel above one side of the pipeline, and the down lead box should be considered The branch line should avoid crossing as far as possible. If there is no other pipe support to borrow, it is necessary to set up (support) column by itself.

2) Load calculation: calculate the weight of cable per unit length on the vertical section of main line of cable bridge.

3) Determine the width of cable tray: determine the model and specification of cable tray, the length of bracket, the length and spacing of pillar, the width and number of layers of cable tray according to the number of cables, cable diameter and cable spacing.

4) Determine the installation mode: determine the fixing mode of cable tray according to the setting conditions of the site, and select the suspension type, vertical type, side wall type or mixed type. The connectors and fasteners are generally supplied together. In addition, select the corresponding revision according to the bridge structure.

5) The plan and section of cable tray shall be exported, and the space diagram and material list shall be exported for local parts.

2. If it is used together with power cable tray, the power cable and weak cable shall be separated on each straight side with partition board in the middle.

3. When the weak current cable and other low-voltage cables share the same cable tray, the weak current cable of the weak current system with external shielding layer shall be strictly selected to avoid mutual interference.
