As we all know, cable tray is mainly used for cable laying, especially in petrochemical enterprises, which are mostly flammable and explosive places. Therefore, the selection of cable tray for power transmission also requires good grounding operation. Let's see what we should pay attention to in cable tray grounding.

1. When another grounding main line is laid along the whole length of the cable tray, at least one point of each section (including non-linear section) of the cable tray shall be reliably connected with the grounding main line.

2. The cable tray system shall have reliable electrical connection and grounding (only for metal tray).

3. When the cable tray system is allowed to form the grounding trunk circuit, the following requirements shall be met. The connection resistance between the ends of cable tray shall not be greater than 0.00033 ohm, and the insulation coating shall be removed from the grounding hole. In the 1kV and below neutral point direct grounding system, the grounding of the receiving equipment is connected with the neutral line of the system. The metal cross-sectional area of the cable tray in the direction of grade length shall not be less than the specified value when the dynamic cut-off power supply installation is installed.
