Many places in our life will use electricity, so there are many cable trays. It is learned that in the installation and construction of cable tray, there are often some cases that need to install protective covers on site, but what is the specific situation? Next is the reason why Jinan cable tray is installed with protective cover. How does the shielding layer of cable tray protect the cable tray? Let's have a look!

1、 Why should Jinan cable tray be equipped with protective cover?

(1) If the cable tray is installed outdoors, the protective cover needs to be installed on the floor or each floor.

(2) If you are in an environment vulnerable to mechanical damage or dust, or you have special requirements, you need to install a protective cover

(3) The cable tray is installed under the iron plate or similar drilling device, and the upper part of the tray must be equipped with a protective cover; If the width of the upper bridge is less than that of the lower bridge, the protective cover shall be provided; If the cable tray is installed vertically, the protective cover shall be installed no more than two meters above the ground.

Cable bridge: the weak current system of intelligent building is usually composed of BA (building automation), OA (office automation), Ca (Communication Automation) and other systems corresponding to information monitoring and communication facilities. The cable tray is divided into trunking, tray and ladder structure, which is composed of bracket, bracket and installation accessories. When choosing a bridge, we should pay attention to whether its components meet the requirements of serialization, generalization and standardization. The bridge inside the building can be erected independently or attached to various buildings and pipe supports. It should have the characteristics of simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible configuration and convenient maintenance. All components shall be galvanized and installed on outdoor bridges. If installed near the coast or near corrosive areas, the material needs to be resistant to corrosion and moisture.

Cable tray cover is a kind of cover used for cable tray of power or communication cable routing engineering, which is made of steel plate. The two sides of the cover on the cable tray are uneven, the height difference between the two surfaces is less than 8 mm, the convex and concave surfaces are arranged continuously, the two ends of each convex and concave unit are bent in the same direction, and the height difference between the convex and concave surfaces is more than twice. Its main advantage is cost reduction.
