In the section with fire protection requirements, the cable ladder and tray can be added with fire-resistant or flame-retardant plates, nets and other materials to form a closed or semi closed structure, and measures such as painting fire-resistant coating on the surface of the bridge and its supports and hangers can be taken.

The overall fire resistance performance shall meet the requirements of relevant codes or standards. It is not suitable to use aluminum alloy cable tray in places with high fire protection requirements.

Knowledge to master when using bridge

When there are few power cables and control cables, they can be installed on the same cable tray, but the power cables and control cables shall be laid separately with a partition in the middle.

When selecting the width of cable tray, spare space should be reserved for adding cables in the future.

The cable tray device shall be reliably grounded. If the cable tray is used as the grounding main line, the end of each layer of cable tray shall be connected (in parallel) with 16mm2 soft copper wire to connect with the main grounding main line, and the long-distance cable tray shall be grounded every 30-50m.

When the cable tray is laid horizontally, the connector between the cable trays should be set at about 1 / 4 of the span as far as possible. The horizontal cables should be fixed every 2 meters or so, and the vertical cables should be fixed every 1.5 meters or so.

In addition to shielding and protective cover, protective cover shall be installed on the top layer of cable tray device during outdoor installation to prevent sunlight and rain. When welding and installation is required, the thickness of weld around the weldment shall not be less than that of base metal, and the weld joint shall be treated with anti-corrosion.

The filling rate of the cross section in the cable tray: the power cable shall not be more than 40%; Control cable should not be more than 50%, for weak current lines can reach 60%.
