In recent years, with the continuous development of relevant experts at home and abroad, the performance of FRP cable tray has been continuously exercised and improved, so that it is widely used in our daily life. However, do you really know its performance advantages for FRP cable tray that facilitates our life?

1. Corrosion resistance. Its unique materials combined with different functional additives have the characteristics of acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, ultraviolet radiation resistance and so on. It has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for all kinds of indoor and outdoor installation places.

2. Easy installation. By optimizing the structural design of FRP cable tray, there is no need to use soft connection between each section of cable tray to ensure the continuity of cable tray. On the premise of meeting the stress conditions, the main body of the bridge can be cut freely according to the actual situation on site. It can be assembled by any combination of bolts, nuts and accessories, which is convenient and fast, shorten the installation period and improve the work efficiency. The FRP cable bridge composed of U-shaped trough box and cover plate has inward buckle feet on both sides of the cover plate. During the installation process, it is just fastened with the outward buckle feet on both sides of the U-shaped trough box to achieve seamless connection. When opening, only a slight force is applied at the joint, and the cover plate can be opened by virtue of the toughness and elasticity of the FRP cable bridge itself. This "double latch" structure not only greatly shortens the installation period, but also provides convenience for system expansion and technical transformation in the future.

3. Long service life and maintenance free. The service life of FRP cable tray is 5 ~ 8 times that of traditional cable tray, which is basically the same as that of engineering projects, and there is no need for maintenance in various indoor and outdoor places.

4. Green environmental protection, energy saving and consumption reduction: ① the production process of FRP cable tray is simple, which saves many complicated production processes compared with traditional metal cable tray; ② Environmentally friendly materials are used, which has no impact on the environment; ③ All FRP materials can be recycled, reprocessed and recycled; ④ The weight is only 1 / 3 of the steel bridge, which saves a lot of labor cost and energy consumption in the process of loading, unloading, transportation, construction and installation; ⑤ There is no need to operate open flame equipment such as welding during installation, so as to reduce energy consumption.
