In our decoration project, hydropower transformation is a very important link, which is related to our power consumption. We must put it first in the decoration construction project. Let's take a look at the skills required for PVC trunking installation and what we need to pay attention to in the installation process.

PVC trunking installation skills:

1. 25mm × 20mm minus 25mm × 30mm PVC trunking. At least two pipe screws shall be arranged horizontally at a fixed point in the installation of PVC trunking.

2. For trunking above 25mm × 30mm, one fixing point should have at least three fixing screws and installed in trapezoid, which can make the stress points of PVC trunking more dispersed.

3. Except for the fixed points, two holes shall be drilled every one meter or so, and then the twisted pair shall be introduced. After the wiring is completed, all twisted pairs shall be bound.

4. If the PVC trunking is installed on the wall surface, the fixed point spacing of the trunking is generally one meter, which is divided into nailing screws directly into the cement and nailing screws with plastic expansion pipes first.

5. The way of hammer trunk or horizontal wiring is the same, one is horizontal and the other is vertical.

Precautions for PVC trunking installation:

1. When installing PVC trunking, pay attention not to cause cracks on the wall and damage the wall structure. The laying shall vary according to the number of conductors in the pipe. In the same pipe, there should not be more than four wires. It is forbidden for wires to occupy all the space in the pipe, because this is not conducive to the normal operation of other circuits.

2. The distance between power line and telephone line and TV line shall be greater than 50cm, and the pipeline and structure shall be fixed., All switches and sockets shall be equipped with junction boxes. If the pipeline turns or is too long, a junction box shall be set at a certain distance. There shall be no wire connector in the pipeline. When playing out the protective pipe of the wire, the bending tool shall be used to make the wire free of wrinkles. Therefore, it shall be configured reasonably according to the specifications.

3. During the installation and construction of PVC trunking, the pipeline should be installed first, and then the wire should be threaded, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the wire can not be twitched when it needs to be changed in the future.

When installing PVC trunking, pay attention to protect the wires!
