Installation requirements of bridge:

1、 Determine direction

According to the building layout plan, the route of cable tray is determined in combination with the setting of air conditioning pipeline and electrical pipeline, convenient maintenance and the density of cable route. Indoors, it shall be erected along the wall, column, beam and floor of the building as far as possible. If it is necessary to use the comprehensive pipe gallery, it shall be erected in parallel on one side or above the pipeline.

2、 Load calculation

Calculate the cable weight per unit length on the profile of the main line of the cable tray.

3、 Determines the width of the bridge

According to the number of cables laid, cable diameter and cable spacing, determine the model and specification of cable tray, the length of supporting arm, the length and spacing of strut, the width and layers of cable tray.

4、 Determine the installation method

The fixing mode of the bridge shall be determined according to the setting conditions of the site, and the suspension type, vertical type, side wall type or hybrid type shall be selected. The connectors and fasteners are generally supplied together. In addition, the corresponding cover plate shall be selected according to the bridge structure.

The bridge can be erected independently or laid on various buildings (structures) and pipe gallery supports.

The bridge is divided into trough type, tray type, ladder type, grid format and other structures, which is composed of support, bracket and installation accessories. It reflects the characteristics of simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible configuration and convenient maintenance. All parts need to be galvanized and installed in the open bridge outside the building.

If it is near the sea or in a corrosive area, the material needs to have the physical characteristics of anti-corrosion, moisture resistance, good adhesion and high impact strength. Due to the change of ambient temperature, the steel cable tray will expand and contract.

The connection mode of cable tray is generally connected with customized connecting pieces. When making cable tray, the cable tray manufacturer will make connecting pieces according to the model and specification of cable tray.
