Remind users to avoid using cable tray in the process of using it. Due to failure, there will be some problems in the quality of cable tray. Our cable tray manufacturer has summarized the following problems to avoid the problems encountered when using cable tray. Share with you:

Cable tray

1. Tighten the bolts on the cable tray connecting plate, and the nuts shall be located outside the cable tray.

2. When the straight section of the stainless steel bridge exceeds 30m, there shall be expansion joints, which shall be used for connection.

3. The turning radius of high-span cable tray shall not be less than the larger value of the smaller allowable radius of the cable in the tray.

4. Steel pipes shall be used to connect cable trays. When the tray bridge needs to be opened, the hole shall be punched with a hole opener. The cut shall be neat and the diameter of the pipe shall be the same. Do not use gas welding or electric welding to cut holes.

5. When adjusting the cable tray, the saw shall be used for cutting, and the cut part shall be polished and painted. Gas, electricity or other welding methods are strictly prohibited.

6. If the bridge support arm is installed on the brick wall or floor, if the clamping force of the support arm is insufficient, please consider welding the base plate on the support arm or using wall bolts to enhance its fixing force.
