In today's fast-growing internet era, the electronic industry is developing rapidly, in which cable maintenance is particularly important. What do you know about Jinan cable bridge? Do you know how to repair and maintain cable trays? Don't worry, guys. Next, the cable tray manufacturer will introduce some relevant contents about bridge maintenance, hoping to be helpful to you.

1、 Maintenance of cable tray in Jinan

1. Coating treatment

The coating process is divided into brush coating and roll coating. During brushing or roller coating, each layer shall be applied repeatedly in a staggered manner until it is uniform, and there shall be no missing coating.

2. Rust treatment

Generally, two coats of chlorosulfonated primer are used for two-part derusting of cable tray. The quality of surface derusting treatment directly affects the service life of anti-corrosion engineering. On site derusting is usually carried out by grinder or manual derusting, and the primer is applied within 4 hours after surface treatment. If new rust is found after improper treatment, it needs to be reprocessed.

3. Construction environment requirements

The environment shall be well ventilated, the temperature shall be 13 ℃ - 30 ℃, not less than 5 ℃, and the relative humidity shall be kept within 80%. Construction should not be carried out under strong sunlight. In case of rain, fog and strong wind, construction shall not be carried out outdoors.

2、 Maintenance of cable tray in Jinan

1. Avoid contact with corrosive liquids.

2. The special maintenance wax for cable tray can be used for maintenance.

3. Regularly clean the dust and rust on the surface of cable tray.

4. Avoid placing in hot and humid places.
