Difference between trough type cable tray and tray type cable tray

Application scope of tray type cable tray type cable tray is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, television, telecommunications and other aspects. Trough type cable tray is generally used for appearance, and ladder type cable tray and tray type cable tray are generally used for electrical cable tray. During this period, the power cable generally only uses ladder type bridge. Tray type bridge is generally used for laying control cables. The first is based on the heat dissipation function of the cable.

Trough type cable tray is a kind of fully enclosed cable tray. Tray bridge generally refers to the slotted bridge with holes. Because of the opening of heat dissipation holes, the thickness of tray tray plate should be thicker. The grooved bridge is 360 degree fully enclosed. Its primary function is to shield interference and resist corrosion. It has a good effect on controlling cable shielding interference and cable protection in heavily corrosive environment.

The surface treatment of tray type bridge can be divided into galvanizing, electrostatic plastic spraying and hot galvanizing according to the needs of users. It can be used for special anti-corrosion treatment in heavily corrosive environment. There are many waist shaped holes at the bottom of the tray bridge to facilitate heat dissipation.

Both trough type straight through cable tray and non perforated tray type cable tray can lay power cables; Section and structure methods are different. Closed trough box, uncovered tray and ladder are all attributed to cable tray. The structural methods of the three trays are different, and some functions are also different. For example, the protection is good in trough type and poor in ladder, but the ventilation and cooling is opposite.

Trough type cable tray is mainly used for laying wires and cables with small section but large quantity. Tray type cable tray is mainly used for laying power cables with large section and small quantity. Trough type cable tray is suitable for laying computer cable, communication cable, thermocouple cable and control cable of trough type cable tray high active system.
