How to route the cable tray? The following are the twelve wiring rules of cable tray summarized by insiders:

1、 When the indoor cable tray wiring is adopted, the cable shall not have jute or other combustible material outer sheath.

2、 When the cable tray is installed horizontally, the best span should be selected for support according to the load curve, and the span is generally 1.5 ~ 3M. When laying vertically, the spacing between fixed points shall not be greater than 2m.

3、 When cable tray wiring is used in places with corrosion or special humidity, corresponding protective measures shall be taken according to different corrosive media, and plastic sheathed cables shall be selected.

4、 When several groups of cable trays are installed in parallel at the same height, the maintenance and overhaul distance between adjacent cable trays shall be considered.

5、 The cable can be laid on the cable tray without interval. The filling rate of the cross section of the cable in the tray: the power cable shall not be greater than 40%; The control cable shall not be greater than 50%.

6、 The height from the ground of the cable tray (tray) during horizontal installation shall not be less than 2.50M, and the part below 1.80m from the ground during vertical installation shall be protected by a metal cover plate, except when it is laid in a special electrical room (such as power distribution room, electrical shaft, technical floor, etc.).

7、 The cable tray should not be installed above the corrosive gas pipeline and heating pipeline and below the corrosive liquid pipeline, otherwise anti-corrosion and heat insulation measures should be taken.

8、 The following cables with different voltages and different purposes should not be laid on the same cable tray:

1) Cables for emergency lighting and other lighting.

2) Cables above lkv and below 1KV.

3) Dual power cables that supply power to the load in the same path.

4) Strong and weak current cables. If it is required to be installed on the bridge on the same floor due to conditions, it shall be separated by partitions.

9、 When the cable tray is parallel or crossed with various pipelines, the small clear distance shall comply with the provisions of table dq4-1.

10、 When the cable tray passes through the firewall and fire floor, fire isolation measures shall be taken.

11、 The cables in the cable tray shall be marked at the head end, tail end, turn and every 50m without number, model, start and end points, etc.

12、 The cables in the cable tray shall be fixed at the following positions. When laying vertically, the upper end of the cable and every 1.50 ~ 2m. When laying horizontally, the cable shall be laid at the head and tail ends, turns and every 5 ~ 10m.
