The selection of cable tray type and type requires shielding the cable network disturbed by electrical appliances or when there are requirements to protect the impact of external (such as corrosive liquid, flammable dust and other environments), the (FB) trough type composite anti-corrosion shielded cable tray (with cover) shall be selected. In highly corrosive environments, the (f) type composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion flame-retardant cable tray shall be selected. The same data should be used for corbel and support to improve the service life of cable tray and accessories. Cover plate should be added in simple ash accumulation and other environment or field places that need to be concealed.

In addition to the above conditions, tray type, trough type, step type, glass corrosion-resistant and flame-retardant cable tray or steel ordinary cable tray can be selected according to the site environment and technical requirements. Cover plate should be added in simple ash accumulation and other environment or field places that need to be concealed. In public passages or cross aisle sections in the field, the bottom of the bottom step should be equipped with a base plate or a pallet in this section. When crossing the public passage with large span, the load capacity of the bridge can be improved or the traveling frame can be selected according to the user's requirements. Composite bridge (FB) shall be selected for large span (>3m). Composite epoxy resin bridge (f) shall be selected in the field.

The width and height of the standard selection bridge are selected according to the following table, and should be consistent with the fact that the filling rate of the cable does not exceed the specified value of the relevant standards and specifications. The power cable can be 40-50%, the control cable can be 50-70%, and 10-25% of the process development allowance should be reserved for others. The standards of various bends and accessories shall conform to the engineering placement conditions and be matched with the bridge. The selection of support and hanger standards should be configured according to bridge standards, floors, spans and other conditions. And the requirements of load shall be satisfied. For the selection of the cross-sectional area of the bridge, see the allocation of supports and hangers. The short span of indoor supports and hangers is generally 1.5-3m.

The mid span of field column is generally 6m, and the support and hanger configuration of non-linear section follows the following guidelines. When the bridge width is less than 300mm, a support and hanger shall be set at the side of the straight section 300-600m away from the junction of the non-linear section and the straight line. When the bridge width is >300mm, in addition to meeting the following conditions, a support and hanger shall be added in the middle of the non-linear section. When the bridge is set in multiple layers, the center distance between layers is 200250300350mm. Expansion joints of 20-30mm (metal bridge) shall be reserved every 50m in the straight section of the bridge. It is necessary to select steel or nonflammable and flame retardant materials in the fire-proof section of the bridge. BJ Ⅲ series cable trays produced by our company are fire-proof trays.
