With the development of the times, the electronic industry has developed on the basis of the development and application of Electronic Science and technology. Electronic industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy, and it is also an emerging science and technology development industry. The protection of cables will be particularly important. The use of cable tray can play a role in cable dust prevention, corrosion prevention and other damage to the service life of cables.

The following is how to repair and protect the cable tray to prolong its service life and reduce the maintenance cost.

Corrosion prevention of cable tray

1. Rust treatment

Generally, the cable tray adopts two coats of chlorosulfonated primer for two-part derusting. The quality of surface derusting treatment directly affects the service life of the anti-corrosion project. The on-site derusting is usually done by grinder or manual derusting, and the primer is applied within 4 hours after the surface treatment. If new rust is found after improper treatment, it shall be treated again.

2. Coating treatment

The coating process is divided into brush coating and roller coating. When brushing or rolling, each layer shall be applied repeatedly in a crisscross manner until it is uniform, and there shall be no holiday.

3. Construction environment requirements

The environment needs good ventilation, the temperature is 13 ℃ -30 ℃, not less than 5 ℃, and the relative humidity is kept within 80%. It is not suitable to construct under strong sunlight. In case of rain, fog and strong wind, construction shall not be carried out outdoors.

1. Avoid placing in hot and humid places.

2. Avoid contact with corrosive liquids.

3. The special maintenance wax for cable tray can be used for maintenance.

4. Regularly clean the dust and rust on the surface of cable tray.
