(1) The construction unit shall have an in-depth understanding of the pipeline direction and the whole bridge installation process according to the design drawings and their instructions. At the same time, we should also consider whether the bridge may be too long and whether there are deformation joints during the installation of the bridge, and set corresponding compensation measures in time.

(2) Strengthen the setting of grounding wire. During the construction, the construction unit shall adopt the grounding wire with a cross-sectional area of >4 mm2 to ensure the quality of the grounding wire. The cross grounding line shall be grounded, the grounding main line shall be fixed on the supports and hangers of the bridge, and the metal bridge and its supports and hangers shall be grounded. For the galvanized cable tray, the connecting plate shall be used for fixing at its connection, and the jumper grounding wire may not be used at both ends of the connecting plate (but the end of the connecting plate shall use a lock washer); Attention should also be paid to avoid welding the grounding main line directly on the bridge. The falling part of the plastic spraying layer of the cable bridge should be derusted, and then painted with antirust paint to prevent the corrosion of the bridge. Connect the two ends of the cable tray, the straight-line sections every 30m, the connecting ends of the deformation joints and other parts with the grounding main line, and ensure that there are more than two connections with the grounding main line in the cable tray.

(3) Strengthen the control of the distance between cable tray and professional pipeline. During installation, the construction unit shall comprehensively consider the direction and intersection of cable trays, water supply and drainage pipelines, air conditioning pipelines, heating pipelines, etc., and install in strict accordance with the layout of pipeline direction to ensure that a reasonable distance is maintained between cable trays and pipelines. Ensure that the cable tray is not set above the heat pipe, and keep a reasonable distance from the heat pipe. If the cable tray is close to the heat pipe, corresponding heat insulation measures should be set.
