The bearing capacity of galvanized cable tray is a concern of many people, especially for cable tray installed in the air or other goods pressed on the tray under other conditions. We need to understand the bearing capacity of the tray itself. So how to judge the specific bearing capacity?

Theoretically speaking, for manufacturers, the bearing capacity of many galvanized cable trays is meticulous and has not been measured theoretically. They only know the approximate weight, such as the thickness of 1.5 and above. About one person (not too fat) can stand up. Assuming its thickness is 2.0, it is OK for those who are fatter than those who should stand up. It can bear a weight of about 150kg. If the thickness is 2.5 or 3.0, the bearing capacity is very good.

Bridges with a thickness of 0.6mm-1.0mm appear to have no bearing capacity. It is not recommended to put things on it. Ordinary small specification and small thickness are only applicable to wall mounting or hoisting. If the equipment is installed on the ground, try not to put people or goods on it.

Cable tray is used for laying cables. Galvanized cable tray is important for cables. Considering the stability problem, we not only need to judge the bearing capacity of the cable tray, but also need to stop the inspection of the galvanized cable tray. Inspection is to send the products to the inspection organization for inspection. No matter whether the production quality is up to standard, Party A of the high-rise real estate project will require the products to be submitted for inspection.
