Shandong cable tray is mainly used for laying cables in some outdoor areas. It can protect cables and avoid troubles when using cables, and is now widely used. There are many types of cable bridges that can meet different needs. It includes flame-retardant cable tray, trough cable tray, etc. You can select a target when using it. However, no matter what type of cable tray is, the quality of cable tray should be checked in time after purchase. What should you start with? Now let's get to know.

1. Are the types, standards and quantities of Shandong cables and supports of Shandong cable tray the same as those in the order? Are fixing accessories accurate? It is more useful to check against these structures. In addition, pay attention to some inspection details:

2. The model, standard and quantity of cable tray shall be consistent with the purchase order. Raw materials and thickness shall meet the requirements. Generally, when the bridge width is greater than 300mm, the thickness of steel plate is 1.5mm; when the bridge width is greater than 300mm, the thickness of steel plate is greater than or equal to 2mm, the thickness of steel plate connecting plate is the same as that of bridge connecting plate. This ensures that there are no errors during transport and loading.

3. The straight groove and parts can be assembled on site if the joint is not too large, and check whether the joint is even, not more than 1mm.

4. Whether the model, standard and quantity of cable tray components are consistent with the order, including whether the winding direction of parts and the direction of cable tray cover plate are accurate.

5. The fire protection record form with fire protection application shall be within the warranty period to ensure the reliable quality standard of fire protection products. This is more important. Whether the fire protection requirements are met will affect the overall use of the product. If the standard is not met, accidents may occur in future use.

6. Are all linear grooves, components and suspension brackets mechanically damaged? Whether the anti-corrosion protection of metal raw materials is uniform, complete, non flowing and non leaking.

7. Whether the cable tray connecting plate and fixing accessories are accurate.
