In the process of using the cable tray, the grounding methods are different according to the different installation occasions. Do you know what grounding methods are used?
There are three possible installation occasions and grounding methods for cable tray:
1. When the cable tray system is allowed to form the grounding trunk circuit, the connection resistance between cable tray ends shall not be greater than 0.00033 ohms, and the insulation coating shall be removed from the grounding hole. In the neutral point direct grounding system of 1KV and below, the grounding of the receiving equipment is connected with the system neutral line grounding.
2. When equipped with automatic cut-off power supply device, the metal cross sectional area of the cable tray in the level direction shall not be less than the specified value. When the grounding main line is laid along the full length of the bridge, at least one point of each section (including the non straight line section) of the bridge shall be reliably connected with the grounding main line.

3. Key grounding points for vibration places and different installation occasions of bridge: spring coil shall be installed at the connection of grounding parts.
Connecting plates can be used as jumpers between cable trays to connect them into a whole. Galvanized spring washers are added to the two connecting bolts at both ends of the connecting plate. Soft copper wires are used for bridging between bridges, and then the bridge is connected with the grounding wire to form an electrical path. There shall be at least two connections between the whole bridge and the grounding trunk. Inspection and acceptance are required after the grounding operation is completed.
