1、 Type of cable tray:

Cable trays can be divided into trough type, tray type, ladder type and grid type according to the structure.

2、 Selection of cable tray:

In general, ladder type cable tray is often used for electrical purposes, mainly to facilitate heat dissipation. However, trough and tray cable trays are often used for automatic control, because the cables of automatic control are less heated and mainly used to prevent interference signals.

According to the application of cable tray, galvanized cable tray is generally used for conventional indoor and outdoor field stations; For places with serious corrosion, aluminum alloy cable tray or glass fiber reinforced plastic cable tray is generally used. In general buildings, light bridges are used, and cable bridges with a span of 2-3m are used to facilitate installation and construction; In the factory building, large span cable trays are often used due to large column spacing.

3、 Load of cable tray:

The load of cable bridge is composed of three parts: one is the weight of cable bridge itself, the other is the weight of cable, and the third is the weight of construction personnel.

4、 Spacing of cable tray:

When the cable tray is laid horizontally up and down (not cross), the spacing of electrical cable tray is generally considered as 300mm. The distance between cable tray and instrument and telecommunication shall be subject to relevant standards.

5、 Laying of cable tray:

When laying the electrical cable tray, the distance requirements and installation position requirements of various nearby pipelines shall be considered, and the cable tray cannot be laid above the thermal pipeline. Pay attention to the bending radius of cable tray and cable.
