(1) Determine the direction: determine the suitable route of cable tray according to the building layout plan, combined with the setting of air conditioning pipeline and electrical pipeline, convenient maintenance, and the density of cable route. In the room, it should be erected along the walls, columns, beams and floors of the building as much as possible. If it is possible to use the integrated pipe gallery for erection, it should be erected parallel on one side or above the pipe and consider that the downline and branch line should avoid crossing as much as possible. If there is no other pipe rack to borrow, it is necessary to set up (support) columns by itself.

(2) Load calculation: calculate the weight of cable per unit length on the profile of cable bridge trunk line.

(3) Determine the width of the cable tray: determine the model and specification of the cable tray, the length of the bracket, the length of the support, the width and the number of layers of the cable tray according to the number of cables laid and the cable diameter and the spacing of the cable

(4) Determine the installation mode: determine the fixed mode of the bridge according to the setting conditions of the site. Select the suspension type, vertical type, side wall type or hybrid type. The connectors and fasteners are generally supplied in a complete set. In addition, select the corresponding cover plate according to the bridge structure.

(5) Draw the plane and section drawings of the cable tray, and the space map and material list for local parts.
