The fireproof cable tray needs to be covered in indoor and outdoor environments that are prone to dust accumulation, full of combustible dust or sun protection, and ridging and drainage holes should be drilled in outdoor environments that often rain to prevent water accumulation after water entering the fireproof cable tray. The manufacturer of cable tray in Shandong will explain more knowledge here, as follows:

1、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1. National standards

The main varieties of fireproof cable tray in the national standard include straight section code A, horizontal elbow code B, horizontal tee code C, and horizontal cross code D. The protection type of fireproof cable tray 2000 national standard includes common type code J and damp heat type code TH. The national standard of fireproof cable tray 2000 includes the type and variety of cable tray, the specification of tray and ladder, and the selection of load grade. The national standard of fireproof cable tray 2013 includes the common specification and size, plate thickness, and rated uniform load grade of cable tray.

2. Thickness standard

In the standard of fireproof cable tray, the thickness of surface coating of plastic spraying process is required to be>=50um, the thickness of zinc layer on galvanized surface is required to be>=12um, and the thickness of zinc layer on hot-dip galvanized surface is required to be>=65um. The thickness requirement for VCI bimetallic coating is>=60um. When the width of corrugated bottom tray tray in the fireproof cable tray standard is less than 300mm, the thickness of side plate shall be at least 1.0mm, the thickness of corrugated bottom plate shall be 0.7mm, and the thickness of cover plate shall be not less than 0.6mm.

3. Bridge installation

For the installation of fireproof cable tray, if the tray enters the room from the outside, it is recommended to use ladder type tray in the outdoor section, and block and prevent water seepage at the entrance to the wall. During the installation of fireproof cable tray, the shell of fireproof cable tray with lightning protection requirements shall be reliably connected with the lightning protection grounding device. When installing the fireproof cable tray laid in the cable shaft, its fixed support should not be installed on the binding support of the fixed cable, and the bearing support should be set every 3-5 layers to prevent the bearing of the fixed support from exceeding its safe load.
