Install the air switch:

1. The main switch of the household distribution box can generally choose a dual pole 32-63A small air switch or an isolation switch;

2. Lighting circuits generally use 10-16A small air switches;

3. Generally, 16-20A air switches are selected for socket circuits;

4. The air conditioning circuit generally selects an air switch of 16-25A;

5. Using a bipolar or 1P+N (phase+neutral) air switch, when a short circuit or leakage fault occurs in the circuit, the phase and neutral lines of the power supply should be immediately cut off to ensure personal safety and the safety of electrical equipment. The installation of the above air switches is for reference only. The actual power consumption of each household is different, and the specific design should be based on the electrician.

When the air switch is a three-phase switch, it is important to clarify whether the incoming line is a three-phase circuit. If it is confirmed that it is two-phase, the zero wire should be connected to the zero wire, the ground wire should be connected to the shell, and any one of the live wires should be connected. Generally, each air conditioner is divided into a separate circuit, kitchen and hygiene sockets are divided into a separate circuit, and other sockets can be divided into one to two circuits according to the situation. All lighting can also be divided into one to two circuits. It is expected that the socket circuit of high-power appliances can use a 20 ampere air switch, otherwise a 16 ampere air switch is sufficient.

The installation of the guide rail should be horizontal and match the operating hole of the cover plate air opening

3、 Installation of air switch inside the box

1. When installing the air switch, the first thing to pay attention to is the position of the installation hole above the box cover, ensuring that the air switch position is in the reserved position on the box cover. Secondly, when installing the switch, it should be arranged from left to right, and the reserved position for the switch should be one full position.

3. The zero wires between different phases cannot be shared. If the first yellow wire provided by phase A connects two 16A lighting switches, then the air switch zero wire provided by phase A can only be equipped with these two air switches. After allocation, it can be directly connected to the zero wire terminal.
