The skills of cable tray manufacturers are constantly innovating, and enterprises have also strengthened their management of cable tray quality, further improving their production processes, bringing favorable conditions for industry development, and also bringing convenience and benefits to cable construction and cable installation.

The classification of cable trays: stepped cable trays, tray type cable trays. The Q1-T type stepped cable trays have been improved and designed based on relevant domestic and foreign data. It has advantages such as light weight, low cost, unique design, convenient installation, good heat dissipation, and breathability. Suitable for laying cables with larger diameters and for laying high and low voltage power cables. Tray type cable tray tray is a widely used type in petroleum, chemical, light industry, telecommunications, and other fields. It has advantages such as light weight, large load, beautiful design, simple structure, and convenient installation. It is suitable for both the installation of power cables and the laying of control cables.

The installation of the bridge should be horizontal and vertical, with steep bends. When the bridge is layered, it is easy to use a combination frame. Fire blocking or fire protection packages should be installed inside the bridge. Steel 30 meters, aluminum alloy and plastic 15 meters require expansion joints. Compensation devices shall be added at deformation joints (Expansion joint and settlement joints) passing through buildings. The spacing between the supports of the bridge is generally required to be 1.5 to 3 meters horizontally and 2 meters vertically. The nut is located on the outer side of the bridge. When connecting the bracket to the aluminum alloy bridge, pay attention to anti electrochemical methods. Pay attention to the setting of brackets at turns. The large cable tray in the power distribution room should use adjustable combination supports, and the bending degree of the large engineering cable tray should be common.

In sections with fire protection requirements, cable trays can be equipped with fire-resistant or flame-retardant boards, nets, and other materials to form a closed or semi closed structure. Measures such as applying fire-resistant coatings on the surface of the cable tray and its supports and hangers should be adopted, and its overall fire resistance function should meet the requirements of relevant national regulations or specifications. Aluminum alloy cable trays should not be used in places with high fire protection requirements in engineering.

The selection of the width and height of the trough type cable tray should meet the requirements of filling rate. In general, the filling rate in the cable ladder and tray can be 40-50 for power cables and 50-70 for control cables, and a margin of 10-25 should be reserved for engineering development. When selecting the load level of the cable tray, the working uniform load of the cable tray should not exceed the additional uniform load of the selected cable tray load level. If the actual span of the support and hanger of the cable tray is not equal to 2 meters, the working uniform load should meet the requirements.
